Exclamation Changing the employer while STEM OPT is pending with USCIS

Hi, I got good opportunity with new company. It is my 85 day of OPT STEM processing. Still didnt received update from USCIS. Right now planning to change my employer. I have seen in USCIS official website that we can change employer while STEM OPT is pending. It is given as below.

Q7: How would PSC prefer to be notified if a student filing for STEM OPT changes employers while the Form I-765 for STEM OPT is pending?
To submit a change of employer information while the Form I-765 for STEM OPT is pending, PDSOs and DSOs are advised to submit an updated Form I-20 with new employer information and include the new employer identification number to the PSC email box. No new Form I-765 is needed with a change of employer update.

Any inputs? Did any one tried to change like this? Please help?

PSC - Potomac Service Center, My Documents were with PSC only. And I got the frequently asked question/answer from www.ice.gov (official USCIS website). Please let me know if anyone asked their DSO's about this. If yes. Please help me with the process, Thank you so much!!

Talk to your DSO and send out the new i20. Is it initial opt or extension

It may delay u r process better change after approval

Change is pretty simple. Get a new i983 and file for an amendment. Since you are deep into your STEM process period, it could be you have already been approved and they are waiting to print your card. You wouldn't need an amendment then, just inform your DSO. Talk with USCIS.

Wait until 90 days, basically I just recently applied and they took 88 days to process. Approved & sent out
