Hello!
I am an international student applied for OPT. I submitted my application on February 16th using USPS first-class with tracking number. The package arrived at the post office of TX lockbox on February 20th. However, the USPS tracking still shows that "available for pickup" and says "in-transit." It has passed 10 days already. So, my DSO and I thought that the package was lost or arrived at the wrong place. We decided to cancel the original bank check and OPT recommendation on SEVIS record. And we prepared a totally new application with a cashier's order and sent the new application using Express mail. It was delivered the next day. Ironically, I received a text notification that my original application was received by USCIS with my case number and they said they sent the receipt notice. What should I do to my second application? The first application has a cancelled bank check and they just received the second application. Please let me know what I should do and any other suggestions will be appreciated.
