Visitor Visa For my parents

Hi, I am on OPT(F1 Visa), and I wish to bring my parents to USA for short trip(about a month max).
My dad is still working in India, and my mother is housewife
Is it advisable if I sponsor my father, or should we show his fund ?
How much fund is needed ?
