I forgot to submit STEM OPT 6 months validation report on time

Hello,

I am in bad situation. I forgot to send 6 months validation report on time to university.
I have sent 6 months STEM OPT validation after 32 days past due date.
Due to this DSO is unable to validate the SEVIS portal as it well past the due date.

Did anyone face this similar issue. If yes, were you able to fix this issue or there any workaround.

I am very nervous. I have scheduled a meeting with DSO in 2 days.

Any information or suggestion is highly appreciated.
