My wife was on her opt and got her H1-B approved in 2019. She went to India in July due to some emergency. Will she be able to apply for Emergency Visa to come back to US before Dec31st. I read that Presidential orders on visa ban doesnot apply to people who are in US on or before June 24. Is it correct? Will it impact my wife in attending the visa interview. What is the best suggestion. Should we wait untill the ban is lifted?
