Part time h1b

HI, My employer filed the h1 this year and it was selected. Now he want to submit my application as part time h1b due to the present economic conditionsand filed the LCA with 30hr/week with 2nd level wage. The wage is above $65k/yr even though the number of hours is 30. What are my chances that my h1 will be approved and what are the problems.
