H1B approval from Company B while going for stamping for Company A

I am currently employed in company A and my current H1B visa is valid from Oct 2017 to Sep 2020. I am going to India in Dec 2019 for H1B interview and stamping.

Now I had applied for a new job with Company B and they started my H1B transfer petition and due to premium processing, they got approval. Now my H1B petition from Company B is approved.

Will this have any impact on my current H1B interview and stamping process. I am still employed by Company A and on their payroll. I will be employed by Company A when I re-enter US again.
