Urgent help on Visa stamping

Visa stamping with New or old employer?

I am working for Employer A. Got a new offer from Employer B and the Visa transfer is approved. I have plans to visit India before joining Employer B. I may need 2 week notice for Employer A after coming back to US before joining Employer B.

My question is , With which employer do i need to go for Visa stamping? Employer A or B?
