H1B approved but employer terminated the resource.

Hi,

i am from India and working in one of the MNC.
My employer filed an H1B in 2017 and it got approved.
But suddenly he terminated the employment and I have to join the other company.
Will that H1B still valid or any process to change the employer?.

If the employer revoked or withdrew the H-1B, and you never went for H-1B stamping, then you need to go through the H-1B Lottery again. If the previous employer did not revoke or withdraw the h-1B, then your new employer can file a new H-1B petition on your behalf without going through the H-1B Cap.
