Smile Premium processing advantage for H1b receipt date

    Hello,

My 60 days grace period is getting over on 14th August, 2019. My h1b petition with previous employer is good until sept 2021, even though I was laid off in mid June, 2019. I got hired by a new company and my LCA was filed on 2nd August, 2019. I understand LCA may take 7-10 calendar days to get approved. Hopefully, my attorney will send petition to USCIS by/on 12th August with Fedex 1 day shipping. I understand that as long as my new H1b petition has date on/before grace period expires, my H1b status will be fine. Here are questions-
    1. Should I start working for new employer on the day after petition is sent (hoping it will be received by USCIS next day)?
    2. Does filing with premium processing will do any benefit as date of receipt won’t change on h1b petition. (employer won’t pay for premium processing).
    Thanks for your time.
    3. if USCIS petition receipt date is after fedex delivery date, can we use fedex delivery date as a proof to change H1b petition receipt date?
    Thanks for your time.
