    H1B Denied and I94 expired

    Hi,

My H1B extension is denied after responding to RFE.
H1B Visa was expired in January.

Is there a Grace Period to leave US.
What options do i have in this case?

Also, if MTR is filed, can I leave US?

    Please suggest.

There is no grace period to leave the U.S. You are accruing unlawful presence (ULP) and should leave before you accrue 180 days of ULP.
If MTR is filed, you can leave, but you should discuss the risk of staying in the US even with an MTR pending.
