Hi, I need help in understanding this situation and I think this page can really be helpful. my i-20 expired and was terminated and my graduation day got extended to another 3 months. My school DSO issued me a new i-20 and asked me to leave and re-enter the US. However, in doing so, I will loose my OPT and I have only 3 months left. So I requested the school to reinstate my previous i-20 becasue I will be going through a lot of harships to travel. But the school refuses to do so. can anyone help me in this situation to persuade my school to recommend reinstatement?
