I have a question for which i am looking suitable answers.My project ended in Jan'19 and it was contract based.My H1B filing is need to be proceeded on 1st April'19.What if i did not get client letter before April 1st,2019.Would i be eligible for H1-B filing for year 2020 as my STEM OPT is getting expired in Feb'20.If not then what should be next available good options?Please give some satisfactory and convincing answers for my query.
