Unhappy H1B approved for 3 years and change of employer

    Hi,

My H1B has been approved 2 months before. I was planning to change my employer but the client would be the same.

    1. If I change my employer will it affect already existing H1 that has been approved for 3 years.
If yes, how long does it take and things that are required to be considered?
If no, then what are my options cause I've salary issues with current employer or good time to change employer?

    2. After employer change if my old employer doesn't give W2, will there be any issue with Tax Returns? (I do have all payslips)

    Thank you!
