My case is like this I have applied for change of status from F2 to F1 in May 2018 and started attending the classes by taking 1 subject. I have also applied for change of status from F2 to H4 on september 23rd 2018, as my wife's H1b got picked in Lottery. On 23 October, 2018 her H1b got approved but her change of status from F1 to H1b denied. So she is planning to go back to home country for H1b stamping. My questions are
Can I stay here as my change of status from F2 to F1 and F2 to H4 both are pending.
If I need to go back to India along with my wife, which Visa should I prefer.
