I have signed non compete and non solicitation agreement with my employer which enforces me not to engage directly with Vendor or client for the period of employment and two years after that.
Now my vendor has offered me full-time role. Can my employer sue me legally if I accept it. Does this case stay in court legally.

My employer is a desi consultancy with whom I'm working for 2 and half years. 1 and 1/2 years on OPT and rest on H1b.

Please suggest.
