    Regarding H1B sponsorship

    Hello sir,
    Currently I am working at XXXX company and my visa status OPT-EAD. Company is offering full time opportunity for me but they are not willing to sponsor. Can I apply H1B on my own?
    I am but confused please give me some suggestions

    You can not just hire attorney and apply h1b on your own. You need to have an employer who should be sponsoring you.You need to look into long term aspects.

    No you cannot ... they might or might not file it ... just take up that opportunity and then search for a company who is ready to sponsor

    H1-B is an employer sponsored visa. You can't do it on your own. You could go for a 2nd MS degree and get CPT. That doesn't require anything from the employer.

    Only an employer can file an H-1B petition. You need to find another employer who is willing to sponsor the H-1B.
