Facing Disqualification from University. What's the next step?

    Hello Guys,
I'm facing disqualification, from my university due to low grade, I haven't been able to contact the International student adviser yet as the department is closed for few days. I just needed suggestion and guidance by people in this forum on what could be my next step for maintaining the F-1 status, as I'm doing MS and have finished 24 credits i.e. 8 out of 10 subjects. Is there any chance of getting admission in another university, and will it accept my credits or do I have to go back?

p.s- I have already had a talk with the department head, and he said that they don't allow reinstating of any students.

If you are in probation for 2 sems continuously you will face dismissal . But there is also an option of reinstatement which is up to the Graduate advisor of your department. Meaning you will be removed and reinstated with conditional admit to fulfill some conditions as stated by the Graduate advisor. Talk to him first and discuss your options with him . (Graduate advisor is not your Dean. )

You need to maintain 3 gpa, if not for 2 sems, transfer to other university

I already have spoken to grad advisor, who is also the department head, is there any university anyone know of that excepts 24 credits or at least 18, so i do not have to start all over.

I'm aware of that, but I have finished 24 credits, is there any university you might know, who excepts 24 credits for MS, can be anywhere in USA.
