    Phd

Hi, I have a question on F1 Visa. As the new rules are changing, same level of Multiple degree is not accepted. I did MBA when I initially came to US and Finished in 2016 May and used my OPT untill September 2017 and joined Day one CPT college from October 2017. So my question here is same level of degree but one is Non-Stem and one is Stem, is it accepted to do CPT for more than 12 months and work simultaneously? Also if I choose to do PHD in MBA as a Day One CPT student can I use CPT for more than a year and can I apply for H1B and also work simultaneously? Any one can advise me. Thanks in advance.
