Hi I have recently moved to US on H4 visa presently in North Carolina, and planning to do my Masters Please can anyone suggest me some Masters program which offers Day 1 CPT in Virginia, Washington DC or near by North Carolina.

Your best be would bet Harrisburg University in Harrisburg PA.

Not everyone are eligible for day 1 cpt. You should have completed few credits to be eligible . Students who usually do 2nd masters are eligible for day 1 cpt as they already have completed required credits

Please remember USCIS going after F1 students, Day 1 CPT is not recommended
Your H1 in future will get denied if you do day 1 CPT
talk to a lawyer before you take any decisions

Stem OPT, H1B, H4EAD

Am on Stem OPT cap gap, My Stem OPT ended in July 2018,
H1b petition is picked from my future employer (did not file from my current employer) and am serving the cap gap until Sep 30, 2018 (California service center)
Spouse has approved I-140, Spouse's H1b amended until April 2019, travelling to India in October to get it stamped and will be applying for extension, Spouse has a long term project (atleast for next 2 years).

Could someone suggest if it's advisable for me to switch to H4-EAD while my cap gets depleted or opt for premium processing on Sep 11 when it's available. Am totally confused and request some suggestions here.
