Exclamation H1B Transfer (consecutive transfer applications)

I have a query regarding H1B visa transfer.

My first H1B started from Oct 2017 with a company I have been working for. I recently recieved an offer for a contract based position (A) and applied for a visa transfer, I might receive the receipt anytime now. But, today I recieved a full time offer (B) to a company I interviewed a month ago. And I want to take that full-time position.

    So, My question is:-

    1. can I apply for visa transfer to B, while A is still in process?
    2. Or Should I withdraw A and then apply for visa transfer to B?
    3. If I receive receipt with A, can I immediately apply for transfer to B? (I ask this because we need 3 month pay stubs to transfer, but I would not have that with company A)?

Kindly, share your thoughts on this.

    Thank you.
