    Stem extension Denied

I have initially sent my stem extension packet on JAN 31st. The I765 form which I have sent initially was outdated and they sent back the whole packet. I have received the packet on FEB 16. My initial opt was expired on FEB 15. I resend the packet but due to weekend and holiday, it was delivered on Feb 20. Today MAY 15 Uscis denied my case due to not submitted in time. My employer said they will file an MTR.
    1. what are chances of getting MTR approval?
    2. Do I have any grace period to join another college?

You don't mind me asking, from where did you get your I-765 form?

I still see the outdated I765 in USCIS.

Nobody can answer about MTR approval, your application was sent after opt last date, sending on or before that date is mandatory. MTR filing by employer ? You applied for your visa, MTR should be from you but not by your employer.
60 days period is there for you to leave country or to look for another option.

Where can we get the new i765 form

Still you have 60 days grace period, To keep your SEVIS active better enroll in a college without any further due, MTR does work for initial OPT but for STEM extension chances are low..Goodluck
