Previous employer not paying

It’s been 2 months my job is ended and my previous employer is not paying me the last 104 hours. I tried contacting them through emails, phone many times but I didn’t get any response. Actually I ended my job with them because he is running my paystub in Texas at unknown address instead of the place I worked. I requested him to correct the address but he didn’t. I am a bit scared to complain to labor department about the unpaid wage because I may get in trouble.
My questions are
1. How to get my pay?
2. Will I be in trouble because of this wrong address?
