Second Masters, No Opt, What are the solutions?

Hello, For background. I have a Stem Masters from USA post which I used my opt and opt extension to in the USA. As I only applied H1 once and didn't get into the lottery I moved back to India. Now I am currently doing my second masters and will be graduating in May 2020. As far as I know, I am not going to get OPT again. Also, the H1 lottery rules have changed and thus the lottery needs to be applied in March.
I don't have a job yet. Thus as per my understanding, I have 20 days to get a job and ask the company to apply for H1.

Could someone comment if my understanding is right? and What are the solutions as I don't have any interviews lined up? Any suggestion on startups or contract companies which are looking for MBAs and do sponsorships?
