    USCIS steps in H1B processing

Could anyone tell me if someone has worked unintentionally for one and half weeks for an employer on STEM OPT which wasn't e-verified, how strict is USCIS while processing the H1B Petition? Do they
verify whether the employer was e-verified ? I have worked for two employers which were e-verified but didn't realize that third employer was not e-verified and hence I worked there for only one and half weeks. Please share your experience if someone had gone through such situation.

        To Admin :

Someone changed the heading of my question on the facebok post. It's mentioned over there as H1B RFE. The truth is that my H1B will be filed next year and it's just some steps/preparation I am doing in advance considering if someone has faced the similar situation. Could Admin corrrect the Heading on the facebook page?

It may depend on whether or not it was reported to the DSO. If you reported it and made it into SEVIS, it may be questioned by USCIS. While it wouldn’t be grounds to deny your H-1B, it may be grounds to deny a change of status request as you may be found to not have maintained status. It’s hard to say how USCIS will judge this oversight. You should definitely tell the attorney this when they are preparing the H-1B.
