My Company HP says 'No' for OPT Extension, Is there any other way out for me ?

I am a Software Developer working at HP. I need to apply for my OPT extension. My current OPT is expiring in 1st week of july. In order to do that my company needs to provide me an E-Verify Company Identification Number. The company denies because they do not involve in the Employee OPT Extension process. I have just 2 months to apply or my OPT and now I think I need to search for another company.
1. Can you please tell me when is the latest that I can apply for the OPT Extension?
2. Can you please tell me if there is any other way out for me.

You automatically gets an extension for 180 days once your application is received. Therefore a week or so will be good enough. However if you don't have everify number extension will be impossible. You prolly need to find another employer.
