I did a summer internship on CPT and finished it in 3 months. Now I'm gonna graduate in December and I've already applied for OPT starting Jan 1. Since we are allowed 11 months of CPT and I only did 3, Can I apply for CPT again for a different employer and work for the next two months while I get my OPT card ? Will it affect my OPT in any way ?

CPT is purely based on university rules , check with your DSO about CPT eligibility !
