Dear Friends,

I was terminated from university 6 months back and subsequently immigration took passport . currently it is in hearing . i dont have attorney to get sufficient information how to get visa in my next hearing . what are the options available for me to ask for work authorization ? as per my understanding there is form i-526 entrepreneurship visa but does that eligible for me ? kindly help me in getting attorney.

you wanna get an attorney dude.. only he can give u proper advice.. there's this site www.avvo.com you can check out immigration attorneys there... there are also some other sites like murthy.com where you can ask questions.. but i would suggest you contact or hire an attorney

Staying more than 6 months illegally could cause deportation and 3 yrs bar on u r passport ..
