Hi,
I am a 2 year(Third Sem) Mechanical grad student from Connecticut. I have gotten an internship opportunity in the Netherlands for the fall semester and I need to take a leave of absence and go for the internship in case I decide to.
I was told by my International office that when I take a leave of absence, I will have to go for a new visa interview and there is a possibility of getting rejected for the visa. Is it worth taking that rise and going for the internship. The internship opportunity is really nice. Its based on what I exactly wanted to do, and I think it'll be a once in a life time opportunity for me.
What do you think? Is there any other option I can avail to mitigate risk in this?

Thanks
