I have received an offer for CPT and the company says it won't file taxes. You can go ahead and file on your own next year. Will that be any kind of problem as I won't be having any W2??

- Please clarify, what does it mean 'it won't file taxes'?
- What kind of organization is this?
- Would you be on their payroll? Will they give you paychecks?
- Are the going to withhold State, Federal (any other applicable taxes based on your immigration status)?
- Are they going to give you W2 end of the year to file taxes by yourselves.
